Requirements

• 3-5 years of post qualification experience in-house or at a reputable law firm.

• Experience in corporate practice with a transactional focus.
• Restructuring experience is a plus.
• Strong legal expertise with exceptional business acumen.
• Independent in managing complex projects.
• Excellent legal drafting and interpretation skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
