In Short

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs in line with regional and international regulations.
• Monitor and review internal controls for compliance with applicable laws in Turkey.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage regulatory inquiries.
• Coordinate with global compliance teams to align objectives and processes.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters.
• Implement continuous improvement to the compliance program.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Extensive knowledge of regulations in Turkey.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
