As a Business Compliance Specialist for Asset Governance at Binance, you will play a critical role in ensuring robust financial crime risk management and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle of token listing and delisting processes.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end compliance oversight for assets listed on the Binance platform.
• Develop, maintain, and update asset governance policies and procedures.
• Work closely with product teams, legal, global compliance, risk, and regional MLROs.
• Monitor global regulatory developments impacting asset governance.
• Monitor anonymity enhanced coins and provide mitigation advice.
• Ensure sufficient transaction monitoring for listed assets.
• Support investigations related to suspicious activities involving tokens.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in enhancing compliance frameworks and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance.
• Strong understanding of financial crime risk management.
• Deep knowledge of tokenomics and blockchain technology.
• Experience with token listing and delisting processes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of global regulatory developments.
