Overview

Rackspace Technology is seeking a motivated Business Compliance Specialist to maintain a compliance framework and ensure adherence to various regulations and standards.

In Short

• Handle contract e-mail inbox and manage requests from internal Sales teams.
• Investigate and follow up on customer contracts.
• Prepare customer contracts for internal signature process.
• Scan, re-upload, and file contracts in internal software.
• Be the main contact for customer contract validation team.
• Maintain monthly reporting differences.
• Organize signatures for NDA and compliance documents.
• File/archive documents for International entities.
• Upload documents in internal software for INTL entities.
• Support Compliance Manager with ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Conceptual knowledge of compliance theories and practices.
• Ability to perform routine assignments with guidance.
• Flexible and customer service oriented.
• Organized and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
