Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in technical product management, Salesforce, consulting, or internal tool development.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of system functions and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused with a knack for understanding needs.
  • Proven ability to align team and project objectives with business goals.
  • Fintech industry experience is a plus.
