IT System Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Bikeleasing Group is evolving into a larger platform, offering bicycle leasing and additional benefits. We are seeking reinforcement in First-Level Support due to strong growth and internal restructuring as part of our internationalization efforts.

In Short

• Responsible for First-Level Support, including installation and delivery of work laptops and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure standard devices (laptops and mobile phones) for new employees.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Document processes and solutions to optimize our IT structure.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Windows Clients, Windows 11, Office 365, mobile devices) and iOS.
• Experience with networks, protocols, WLAN/LAN components, data protection, and data backup is ideal.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, MS operating systems, MS servers, and standard client hardware.
• Ability to work independently and a willingness to adapt to changing IT-related tasks.
