  • Participate in on-call rotation during weekends or holidays.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT in a customer-facing role.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience with Linux-based Operating Systems.
  • Basic experience with RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
  • Professional experience in Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
