Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a team leader and 4 years in software development.
• Experience with Java, Typescript (NodeJS), Kafka, and ElasticSearch.
• Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience working closely with customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
