Overview

The Commercial Business Analyst at Big Health develops a deep understanding of program, clinical, and commercial performance to answer key questions about the health and impact of our digital therapeutics.

In Short

• Define and maintain KPIs and metrics across the customer and patient lifecycle.
• Use BI tools to build and maintain internal and external reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on data models and pipelines.
• Support development of QBRs and executive business reports.
• Design and operationalize LLM-enabled workflows and AI-powered assistants.
• Evaluate emerging LLM/AI capabilities for commercial reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risk signals.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with healthcare datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and data modeling experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics languages.
• Experience with BI tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM and commercial reporting.
• Experience with LLM-based tools.
• Track record of delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
