Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Development to lead our efforts in building and nurturing relationships with game developers, encouraging them to launch their games on the Open Loot platform.

In Short

  • Identify, engage, and establish strong relationships with game developers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams for successful integration of partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the partnership process.
  • Participate in industry events to expand Open Loot's presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years in business development roles within the gaming industry.
  • Extensive network of contacts among game developers.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem and monetization strategies.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry preferred.
