Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or two years related experience.

• Technical knowledge of application system analysis.
• Ability to research complex problems.
• Experience in project management.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to provide on-site support during go-lives.
• Availability for 24/7 support when scheduled.
• Experience in developing test scripts.
• Certification or licensure may be required.
