Construction Associate Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Construction Associate Project Manager will provide virtual support to the Arizona office from any location throughout the Philippines, assisting the construction team in managing project documentation and ensuring project deadlines are met.

In Short

• Support the Construction Team to ensure project activities are completed on time.
• Enter project information into project management software (Yardi, Elevate).
• Provide project documentation control and maintain organized filing systems.
• Request and track all necessary construction project documentation.
• Maintain accurate status tracking logs for project submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with drafting and tracking contracts and change orders.
• Verify and track vendor paperwork.
• Review vendor and contractor invoices for accuracy.
• Communicate project information effectively to team members.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leading construction company.
• Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Yardi experience preferred.
