Remote Accounts Receivable Accountant

Overview

The Remote Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage all accounting tasks related to assigned properties while working during standard US Pacific Time business hours.

In Short

• Perform accounting tasks for assigned properties including billing and tenant statements.
• Follow up with asset and property managers on delinquent accounts.
• Conduct accounting processes related to property acquisitions and dispositions.
• Prepare and submit sales tax forms.
• Generate reports for the accounting team management.
• Complete additional projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Accounting degree required.
• Graduated with Latin honors (cum laude or better).
• CPA license required.
• 2-4 years of full-time accounting experience.
• Experience in real estate accounting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.
