The Regional Service Manager is responsible for managing commercial client services operations and supporting business growth, overseeing a team of service technicians.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong commercial HVAC service and installation experience.
• Ability to lead and engage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in communication and problem-solving.
• Self-starter with multitasking abilities.
• Journeyperson status or trade licensing preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
