Overview

The Sales Administrator-Key Accounts prepares sales reports, and customer contracts, manages the department calendar and document library, and provides administrative support to Key Account Managers and sales leadership.

In Short

  • Creates detailed reports from sales data.
  • Prepares annual key account customer contracts.
  • Prepares documents illustrating Key Account Managers’ strategies.
  • Creates sales presentations and assists with proposals.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and events.
  • Manages department calendar and travel schedules.
  • Assists with purchase order maintenance.
  • Communicates Key Account activities to stakeholders.
  • Attends sales meetings and company exhibitions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
  • Knowledge of product lines and industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in a wholesale distribution business is helpful.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with sales management systems and tools.
