Overview

The Accounting Administrator is responsible for handling accounting-related administrative tasks, including the handling of cash receipts, managing accounts receivable, collections, management of timecards, and being responsible for accounts payable. The Accounting Administrator will work closely with the Controller, Assistant Controller, and the rest of the Accounting team.

  • Manage accounts receivable collections and monitor overdue accounts.
  • Assist in submission of employee timecards and expense reports.

  • Work closely with the accounting team.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • One year of similar experience or three years of proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software ERP.
  • Experience with reconciliations and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to analyze financial data.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Integrity and professionalism required.
