Overview

The role of ERP Project Coordinator includes the coordination and guidance of existing customer requests and engagements that involve ad-hoc services, additional training and support, customization work, and small optimization engagements. The ERP Project Coordinator will work closely with the Professional Services Managers with consultant staffing, scheduling, and skills inventory required to best serve customer project needs.

In Short

  • Coordinate multiple, simultaneous customer engagements.
  • Manage and coordinate all customer upgrade activities and smaller projects.
  • Assist with the estimation and creation of work orders.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and NexTec team.
  • Assign consulting staff to projects based on skills and availability.
  • Monitor consulting staff utilization and workload.
  • Ensure project plans are up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for resource management.
  • Provide daily detailed updates on project status.
  • Support Professional Services Managers with capacity planning.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • One or more years of experience in project coordination.
  • Three or more years of customer service experience.
  • Acumatica or ERP experience preferred.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Flexibility with task assignments and work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
