We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for our well-funded e-commerce fulfilment startup

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, ideally in a startup.
• Strong backend fundamentals with Go, AWS, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics platform development is a plus.
• A pragmatic builder with a focus on scalable architecture.
• Experience in growing or managing teams.
• Product-oriented mindset focused on solving user problems.
• Strong communicator for translating technical concepts.
• Curious about emerging tech, especially AI/ML tools.
• Good vibes and collaborative spirit are important.
