In Short

• This is a graduate role for someone smart, curious and excited to jump in, learn fast and make a real impact.
• You’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations — making sure every order is delivered on time and every customer is happy.
• Work closely with warehouses, couriers and our internal team to ensure orders go out on time.
• Visit fulfilment centres across the UK to see how things actually work.
• Notice patterns in issues, dive into data, and suggest improvements to our tools and processes.
• Make sure our sellers are happy and supported, especially when things don’t go to plan.
• Help us set and measure KPIs to track performance.

Requirements

• Must be based near some of our warehouse partners, ideally near Leeds and Manchester.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in e-commerce and logistics.
