Account Executive - Cyber Security Sales - Remote

Overview

The Account Executive will manage a defined sales territory and be responsible for delivering against a quota goal for the defined territory, focusing on cyber security solutions.

In Short

• Develop new and existing accounts within a defined territory
• Complete and maintain a territory sales plan
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas
• Responsible for sales forecasting and lead generation
• Maintain accurate data on customer accounts
• Collaborate with SEs, PAMs, and wider teams
• Align with Channel team and partners
• Attend corporate trade shows and events
• Maintain sales pipeline activity in Salesforce
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4+ years customer-facing sales experience in security or IT software
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to present and sell technical solutions
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Ability to uncover new opportunities through cold calling
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
