Negotiations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Negotiations Specialist at Beyond Finance, you will play a key role in helping clients negotiate delinquent accounts and achieve financial freedom.

In Short

• Build relationships with external partners to assist in negotiating delinquent accounts for clients
• Provide oversight to client finances and determine the best plan of action for resolving client questions and requests
• Utilize various tools and resources to group together common debts from numerous clients
• Employ a high level of time management and multitasking ability
• Display a passion for helping people with a focus on client needs
• Other duties and special projects, as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Strong communicator: Includes listening, verbal & written communication
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Supports team/department collaboration & inclusion
• A true passion for helping people
• Proficient in technology; experience using Salesforce or similar CRM a plus!
