Overview

The Customer Service Representative at Beyond Finance serves as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in financial hardship programs, providing compassionate support and guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience required.
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection required.

  • Ability to operate with patience and empathy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for handling inquiries.
  • Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment.
