In Short

• Provide administrative support for People Operations initiatives.
• Execute defined HR operational tasks such as data entry and report generation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance-related activities.
• Review onboarding documentation for completeness and consistency.
• Perform manual data entry and validation in HR systems.
• Organize and maintain electronic employee records.
• Generate reports to support audits and compliance reviews.
• Utilize HR platforms like Sapling, Rippling, and Workday.
• Provide progress updates on deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Experience with confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong experience with HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Clear written communication skills.
