In Short

• Lead the creation of an AI-compatible design system and product blueprint.
• Audit existing design assets and component usage.
• Build a unified Figma design system with tokens and variables.
• Define foundational elements for consistent use.
• Prepare the system for localization and internationalization.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product blueprint.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to document missing areas.
• Ensure design system components map cleanly to code.
• Provide clear documentation and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in Product or UX/UI design.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system from zero (0→1).
• Skilled in componentization and design tokens within Figma.
• Comfortable partnering with front-end engineers.
• Experienced in creating structured documentation.
• Curious about AI integration in design tools.
• Familiar with building systems for multiple languages.
