Requirements

• 5+ years of user research experience in consumer-facing digital products.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience building or scaling research operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with ethical research standards in healthcare.
• Strong data fluency and collaboration with data science teams.
• Ability to scale research practices within organizations.
