• Manage full lifecycle of studies from planning to reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
• Create reports that communicate findings to non-research audiences.
• Support knowledge sharing within the Insights team.
• Requires 7+ years of experience in User Experience Research.
• Experience in healthcare preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to deliver research independently.
• Strategic thinker who translates data into business insights.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative UXR methods.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Proficient in presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Familiarity with research tools such as Qualtrics and UserZoom.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
