Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master’s with 2+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience in programming languages for data manipulation.
• Experience with experimental survey design and statistical analysis.
• Experience designing and analyzing qualitative research.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings.
• Understanding of growth strategies and experimentation results.
• Mentoring experience within a research team.
