In Short

• Lead engagement and retention efforts for the provider network.
• Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to design personalized journeys.
• Build automated workflows and behavioral triggers.
• Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance.
• Support the development of a provider lifecycle roadmap.
• Ensure communications reflect BetterHelp’s mission and values.
• Stay current on lifecycle best practices and CRM tools.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces or subscription businesses.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle optimization.
• Experience with modern ESPs and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with A/B testing.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations.
