Senior Business Intelligence Developer - Epic Reporting - Remote

Overview

This Technology Role is Responsible for importing, cleansing, transforming, validating, aggregating and analyzing data from various sources with the purpose of creating presentations, graphics and reports.

• Designs and implements complex reports and dashboards according to stakeholder needs.
• Transforms data into usable formats in reports using expertise in clinical or financial domains.
• Translates business needs into technical specifications.
• Designs, implements and supports data modeling and data warehousing projects.
• Develops and optimizes data transformations to import/export data.
• Writes complex queries and filters for reports.
• Prepares design specifications and functional documentation for BI projects.
• Manages user authorization and authentication for reports and dashboards.
• Ensures data integrity and quality for analytical solutions.
• Maintains expertise in reporting tools and technologies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a related field.
• Advanced technical computer skills specific to function area.
• Expertise in business intelligence tools and reporting technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of security protocols in report management.
• Experience in healthcare data analysis preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and data transformation techniques.
