Human Resources Director - France - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Director for France to support our growth and lead the HR strategy in the French territory. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will play a strategic and operational role, ensuring alignment of HR policies with the overall objectives of the company.

In Short

• Define and implement the HR strategy for France in line with global company priorities.
• Support managers by providing necessary tools and advice.
• Oversee recruitment, training, career management, and internal mobility policies.
• Manage relationships with employee representative bodies.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of administrative and payroll processes.

• Ensure compliance with French social legislation and produce HR analyses.
• Lead a local HR team, developing their skills and supporting their missions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of successful HR experience in similar roles, preferably in a group/international context.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and social relations in France.
• Ability to support organizational transformations.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
