Overview

BETA Group, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior bridge engineer ready to prove themself in a Structural Project Manager role. This individual will have the opportunity to lead and oversee bridge/culvert design projects from initiation through completion.

In Short

• Manage projects from development of scopes, budgets and schedules through to design and construction phase services.
• Work with staff to produce planning documents and detailed engineering designs.
• Produce high-quality designs and reports, ensuring proper quality control.
• Supervise, coordinate, and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with clients and drive assigned projects to completion.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of projects.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Lead team, client, and public meetings.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline subconsultants to complete projects on time and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• 13+ years of related engineering experience.
• Strong background in structural/bridge engineering.
• NHDOT design experience.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of planning, design, bidding, and oversight of bridge projects.
• Skilled in writing and preparing formal reports.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
