• Drive the growth of home-secured personal loan portfolio.
• Focus on underwriting, pricing, loan amount, and fee decisions.
• Monitor and refine credit strategies to improve investor returns.
• Conduct scenario analysis and develop new strategy test cases.
• Collaborate with Decision Science on credit models and tools.
• Maintain risk and return targets in a changing economic environment.
• Work across functional areas to enhance product offerings.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics and create reporting presentations.
• 5-7+ years of experience in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Excel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative major required; Master’s a plus.
• Experience in financial industry and credit risk required.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
