In Short

• Act in the area of Credit Policy and Strategy.
• Propose improvements, changes, and continuous tests for ongoing enhancement of the Credit Policy.
• Analyze and monitor ongoing tests, generating necessary analyses for decision-making.
• Continuously iterate credit rules and the product to achieve objectives and goals.
• Maintain and monitor credit indicators and reports (origination, maintenance).
• Collaborate with other teams to improve credit assessment processes, eliminating product friction and increasing conversion.
• Establish a close relationship with the Product area to analyze, understand, and propose strategies and adjustments to optimize the product.
• Monitor and track the performance of models developed by the Data Science area.
