ICT Application Engineer - Remote

Overview

BESIX Infra Support is looking for an experienced ICT Application Engineer to provide support and develop technical solutions for the business.

In Short

• Analyze business needs and translate them into new developments.
• Develop technical solutions and contribute to the ICT roadmap.
• Participate in the entire software lifecycle from design to acceptance and support.
• Provide support for daily software application usage.
• Document knowledge around application usage.
• Conduct training and collaborate with key users.
• Work with various experts to streamline integration.

Requirements

• Professional bachelor or master in ICT, engineering, or business sciences.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in ICT application support, implementation, or development.
• Highly organized, methodical, and results-oriented.
• Motivated and proactive.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Knowledge or interest in software development.
• Experience with project methodologies: Prince2, SCRUM, etc.
• Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English as a plus.
• Knowledge of the construction sector is a plus.
