In Short

• Lead and develop a team of Underwriting Analysts and Specialists.
• Manage post-bind policy activities across various insurance types.
• Ensure efficient workflow management in a high-volume environment.
• Perform quality checks on team outputs.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Sales leadership for process efficiency.
• Handle out-of-authority tasks from direct reports.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance required.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills are a plus.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial P&C insurance.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to teach and lead entry-level associates.
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced environments.
• Solid process improvement skills.
• Great analytical skills are a plus.
