Advancement Services Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Advancement Services Coordinator is a member of a dynamic team who collaborates together to provide high-quality services and deliverables to our customers. A successful candidate is persistent and self-motivated and will thrive in our fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You also have a can-do attitude, strong analytical skills, persistence, and are self-motivated. As a Data Steward, you’ll employ research and analytical abilities in meaningful ways to support Benedictine College’s aggressive fundraising objectives.

In Short

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with key stakeholders
• Train colleagues on the efficient and consistent use of Raiser’s Edge
• Provide database and administrative support in the daily operation of the Advancement Office
• Develop complex Queries and Exports
• Prepare routine data reporting to Department Heads
• Reconcile discrepancies across systems
• Assist with Gift Processing as needed
• Support Alumni and Advancement events
• Employ data management principles to ensure data is complete, accurate, and consistent
• Must have demonstrated proficiency with Raiser’s Edge and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems Analyst, Computer Science, or related field
• Two or more years of experience with Raiser’s Edge
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
• Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful attitude
• Uphold confidentiality with regards to information maintained by Advancement
• Demonstrate time management
• Ownership of projects through to completion
• Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders
