The Remote Inside Sales Representative (Machine Control) will play a critical role in driving sales growth by focusing on Machine Control systems and solutions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

In Short

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Machine Control systems.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment.
  • Accurately process orders for Machine Control systems and related equipment.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers in the Machine Control sector.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Track and report on sales metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent industry experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Machine Control components and applications.
  • 1 - 3 years proven experience in an inside sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A Problem solving mindset.
