Condo Project Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Condo Project Specialist is integral in the process of providing prospective clients a home mortgage by reviewing loan applications, property appraisals, and preparing the project for underwriting review.

In Short

• Review and analyze project documentation.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.
• Assist with document collection and project organization.
• Stay current on convention guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of mortgage banking experience.
• Encompass experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
