Overview

We are seeking a Project Specialist to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation.

In Short

• Support connections between students and employers through work-based learning.
• Maintain project plans, deliverable trackers, and risk logs.
• Collect status updates and track KPIs in dashboards.
• Draft success stories, articles, web copy, and social media posts.
• Work on multi-million-dollar initiatives funded by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office.
• Encourage innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
• Commit to professional development and shared leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be a self-starter and quick learner.
