Ben Fatto is looking for an Oracle Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a techno-functional profile to work on international projects, collaborating with agile teams in high-performance environments. In Short

• Collaborate with customers and product management on Oracle GTM integrations.
• Conduct detailed analysis of Oracle GTM integrations.
• Prepare functional documentation and integration specifications.
• Research Oracle Fusion APIs.
• Support QA with test scripts and automation.
• Configure Oracle application settings for relevant modules.
• Provide 2nd-level support and training to internal teams.
• Gather and define Oracle business requirements.
• Participate in customer calls to gather requirements.
• Support product rollouts and implementations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of functional experience in Oracle modules (Supply Chain Management and GTM).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
• Strong analytical, design, and documentation skills.
• Exposure to financial processes across quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay functions.
• Experience with Oracle modules AP, AR, G/L, Order Management, and Purchasing.
• Background in software companies strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle development is a plus.
• Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST) and tools such as SoapUI and Postman is a plus.
