Overview

Ben Fatto is seeking a Financial Project Manager responsible for leading strategic projects related to the implementation of the Pix API, ensuring secure integration compliant with regulations. This role acts as a liaison between business areas, technology, and financial partners, ensuring deliveries are on time, within scope, and regulatory compliance.

In Short

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor Pix integration projects following technical and regulatory standards.
• Manage schedules, risks, costs, and quality of deliveries in an agile environment.
• Ensure implementation of functionalities like dynamic and static QR Code generation, payment management, and refunds.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, digital certificates) and credential management.
• Coordinate integration with webhooks for real-time notifications and fraud prevention processes.
• Prepare status reports and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in project management in the financial sector (payments, credit, investments, etc.).
• Desirable certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
