The Talent Development Intern will support initiatives focused on learning and development at BeOne, contributing to projects that enhance organizational performance.

• Assist in planning and execution of training sessions
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions

Requirements

• Rising junior, senior, or graduate student in relevant fields
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Detail-oriented and self-starter
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
• Comfort with various technology platforms
• Flexibility for occasional meetings outside normal hours
• Ability to communicate professionally with management
• Experience with LMS platforms is a plus
