The Senior Engineering Manager will lead and scale a high-performing engineering team in a fast-growing AI-driven PropTech startup, focusing on building an AI-powered home management co-pilot.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of hiring and mentoring teams.
• Startup experience is a must.
• Technical expertise in React.js, React Native, Python, AWS, Docker.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
• Excited about GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Nice to haves: familiarity with Gen AI technologies.
