Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Ruby/RoR development
• Deep knowledge of relational databases and microservices
• Ability to create complex products in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills
• Fast learning and innovation implementation
• Task prioritization and management skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and TDD
• Fluent English for communication
• Additional skills in Python/Java and financial industry knowledge are a plus
