Overview

Droids On Roids is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to lead the product strategy department, enhance team capabilities, and improve the quality of offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in Product Management or Strategy
• Knowledge of Lean Canvas and Value Proposition frameworks
• Experience conducting workshops (Design Sprint, Inception)
• Familiarity with Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills
• Ability to work with tech and business teams
• English proficiency required, Polish at least B2 level
• Experience in consulting is a plus
