Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of commercial experience.
• 3+ years in a continuous improvement culture.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in business process management.
• Excellent project management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Change management experience.
