Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for strategic commodity management through supplier relationships, supplier risk mitigation, operating margin expansion, and driving optimal total cost of ownership.

• Lead supply chain initiatives in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Develop commodity strategies and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Conduct regular business reviews with high-impact suppliers.
• Analyze and supervise corrective actions for supplier performance issues.
• Manage requests for supplier pricing and information (RFP/RFI).
• Work with the Strategic Procurement team to streamline supplier relationships.
• Support multiple stakeholders in the procurement process.
• Implement negotiation strategies to reduce material costs.
• Ensure product availability through effective supplier management.
• Participate in a flexible, remote work arrangement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• 2+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commodity management.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in complex commodity procurement is a plus.
• FDA regulated experience is preferred.
• Global procurement experience is advantageous.
