Overview

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at Moog is responsible for developing and managing strategic sourcing plans, including supplier selection and contract negotiation, to support the Commercial Aircraft Group and its global supply chain needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Advanced degree or Supply Chain Professional Certification is desirable.
• 5+ years of global Supply Chain knowledge and leadership experience.
• Experience in negotiating long-term supplier agreements.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Experience in supplier management and development.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing supply chain trends.
• Ability to manage supplier performance issues effectively.
