Overview

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is seeking a Lead Cyber Security Engineer to enhance security risk management and provide guidance on product security design and risk assessments.

In Short

• Act as a domain specialist during threat modelling and security design discussions.
• Assist in developing and improving security risk management processes.
• Educate product teams on security risk management.

• Ensure software bills of materials are maintained and monitored for vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a security role.
• Understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks.
• Experience in software development in life sciences or medical devices is a plus.
• Familiarity with C#, C++, or Java.
• Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO standards.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Secure Development Lifecycle.
• Experience in conducting internal audits.
• Experience in risk control self-assessment.
