In Short

• Respond to customer requests via ZenDesk, identifying and communicating appropriate options for resolution.
• Create reusable responses and author customer-facing FAQs.
• Inform customers about services and assess their needs.
• Develop expertise in our product and best practices.
• Report, escalate, and resolve operational problems.
• Monitor communication streams through various channels.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role within the SaaS or startup space.
• 1-3 years of experience with Zendesk or similar technologies.
• 1-3 years of experience with Stripe or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy for customers.
• Able to troubleshoot and document customer issues.
• Ability to explain complex issues simply.
• Team player who can follow and lead as needed.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
